Thank you for taking the time to visit our site. We’re very excited to introduce you to Luxury Santa Teresa, and Casa Aria, our 4 bedroom villa oceanview villa.

We moved to Costa Rica in 2001 with 2 children, and we’ve lived in Santa Teresa ever since. Our third child was born here. Casa Aria was our dream house, and we lived in it for several years before deciding to rent it out.

In addition, over our many years here, we’ve kept busy with other projects, including hotels, villas, and resorts (both in and out of Santa Teresa), as well as raising our children.
